Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Current product pricing is reflected on all Order Confirmations.

Orders

Orders are accepted by fax, mail or email. Please ensure the purchase order number, contact name, telephone and fax numbers are clearly indicated on all orders. Please print out and use the sample order form (acrobat reader format) when placing orders. All information we require to accurately process your order is indicated on this form. Original purchase orders will be accepted as long as all information required is clearly indicated.

On receipt of all orders, an order confirmation is generated and faxed to you for review. Please check all confirmations for accuracy. Southwest Forge will not accept responsibility for errors or omissions on order confirmations once product has been shipped.

Standard factory lead times are 3-4 weeks. Please refer to the order confirmations for the approximate ship date. For a "Rush Order - 2 week lead time" add 10%.

Terms

Terms are net 30 days from date of invoice on approved credit. Accounts over 30 days are subject to 2% finance charges. Accounts over 60 days will have credit privileges suspended and the account sent to collections. NSF cheques are subject to a minimum service charge of $30 as well as any other financial institution charges.

Shipping

Canada - All Canadian shipments are sent freight collect, FOB Summerland, B.C., CANADA.

USA - All USA shipments are sent prepaid/charge, FOB Oroville, WA, USA and are shipped UPS regular ground service unless specified otherwise. Alternative UPS services available are 2 day air and 3 day select.

Note: All USA shipments are subject to a minimum freight charge. Please call for current rate.

Claims

Shipping: Lost or damaged shipments must be reported immediately, delays may void any freight claim eligibility. Southwest Forge claims no liability for an damages or shortages caused in shipping. All product shall be deemed delivered when placed in the hands of the carrier.

Shortages: All product, packages and shipments are inspected prior to shipping. No shortage claims will be accepted after 21 days from invoice date.

Product: Due to the unique nature of our manufacturing, there will be variations in finish and product detail. This variation is not a defect but an enhancement of the natural character of our products. The processes used in creating most of our finishes is an accelerated version of what would occur naturally over time. Repeated handing of our hardware products will enhance this graceful aging. Certain finishes may alter with age due to extreme environmental conditions.

Limited Warranty

All mechanical components are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 3 years. This liability is expressly limited to repair or replacement of such parts by Southwest Forge where, in their opinion, damage is caused by defect and not misuse or incorrect installation. Warranty is void if any unauthorized repairs or alterations are made.

Returns

All product is classed as custom made and therefore non-returnable. If a product is eligible for a "damage return", please contact our office with all original documentation for a RGA# and return information.
